WORKSHOP
Learning Together – A Collaborative Robotics and Programming Workshop for Non-Engineering Students and Teachers
Abstract
This workshop is designed for non-engineering undergraduate students and full-time teachers, providing an opportunity to collaboratively construct a robot. The workshop will include an introduction to CAD modelling, robotics and programming, live 3D printing and laser materials processing demonstrations, and hands-on experience in assembling a robot. This unique opportunity is not to be missed!
In an effort to ensure that the benefits of this workshop reach a broad range of disciplines, we aim to include at least one participant from each of the nine faculties at the University of Hong Kong, excluding the Faculty of Engineering. To ensure a diverse mix of students and teachers from each of the nine faculties, registrations will be reviewed, and confirmation emails will be sent to successful registrants two weeks before the workshop.
